Speaking of haunted house, Nana and Akira are probably the ones who made it rather than exploring it wwwwwwww But I believe they will also take the lead in exploring a haunted house XD
Drama squad is probably not interested in haunted house but they will memo everything they can for their stage/props if they ever go into one lol.
Although Yoru seems like a more serious character, she still has a childish/explorer side in her since she is being forced (by situations) to become independent in her childhood. Which is why I put her in such high ranking.

Some exceptions are Akira, Miyoru, Toshiki, Yuu and Shun, as the former three are unable to have child (BL you know...) and the two latter are non-human existences.

You know.....Hisaya is basically the official Kliff from LM.....so it isn't so surprising that he, an assassin, is the no.1 for this XD

Shun and Yuu is based on how they are the admin/guard for this apartment and it would be reasonable for them to kill(?) a trespasser. 

The others I ranked base one their courage and cold-hearted-ness lol.
